No. Normal luggage is included in the base fare. For groups with a large volume of luggage (for example, 8 people with 8 suitcases), mention this when booking so the appropriate vehicle is prepared.
No, tipping is not compulsory in France. It is simply appreciated if you are satisfied with the service.

For a standard airport transfer, 48 hours in advance is recommended in peak season. For a circuit or group trip, book a week ahead if possible. In the off-season, booking the day before is generally sufficient.
Yes. When booking, provide the name of the person to be collected. Your driver will wait with a sign bearing their name.
